How soon can a technician reach me?

What are the signs of a faulty HOB?
Irregular or yellow flame, auto-ignition not sparking, a gas smell, knobs that spin freely, or a cracked glass top. Stop using the hob and call us if you suspect a leak.
Do I need to be at home during the service?
Yes, someone should be present to give the technician access to the kitchen and to approve the work after diagnosis. Most jobs are finished in a single visit within 45 to 120 minutes.
